Job Description
The Operations Engineer I provides organizational support to improve the customer experience, collects and analyzes data, and ensures seamless operations for the Credit Union and its membership.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- College courses or degree in Computer Science preferred
- 2+ Related work experience in lieu of degree preferred
- 1+ years Credit Union or Banking processing experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Database (queries), reporting and system monitoring
- IBM systems knowledge preferred
- Communication skills – ability to effectively communicate and present information
