To oversee, support, and lead field teams in planning, and implementing project quality control activities in compliance with applicable company standards and programs.
Requirements
- Able to perform all essential Project Quality Manager responsibilities
- Developing, reviewing, and approving Site Specific Quality Management in compliance with owner contracts and company requirements
- Performing periodic reviews/audits of SSQMP progress/results and providing timely notice of SSQMP deficiencies with proposed solutions to remedy
- Developing/approving in-house training and certification standards for all levels of the division
- Acting as liaison with Owner, regulatory agencies, subcontractors and/or internal departments on quality related matters
- Ensuring that Company quality standards are effectively implemented
- Ensuring adequate corrective measures are implemented on a timely basis in cases of noncompliance
- Assisting on-site personnel involved in quality control work including technical advice supporting resolution of problem areas and/or questions
- Final approval/engagement for trade partner project specific Quality Control Plans
- Assisting in design/constructability review in pre-construction stages
- Completing other responsibilities as assigned
