Job Description
Swift Solar is seeking a Mechanical Design and Test Engineer to help create equipment for high-efficiency perovskite photovoltaics. The role involves designing, procuring, and installing parts and assemblies for thin-film deposition and processing equipment.
Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related discipline
- 3+ years of industrial engineering experience working with vacuum equipment or other materials processing equipment
- Knowledge of proper dimensioning and tolerance analysis
- Experience with design for manufacturability, assembly and serviceability
- Experience working with computational fluid dynamics and finite element analysis
