Service Advisor

Swickard is seeking Service Advisors to connect customers with service technicians, providing excellent customer service, technical communication, and a positive experience. The role involves visual inspections, scheduled service appointments, processing payments, and maintaining detailed service records. No prior automotive industry experience is needed but a valid driver's license and enthusiasm for automotive technology are required.

• Strong understanding of automotive terminology and mechanical principles
