Seattle Head Coach

The Seattle Head Coach will lead a high-performing team by coaching, developing talent, and fostering an inclusive, engaging culture focused on the mission of building healthier communities by connecting people to real food.

Requirements

• 10+ years in food service, with at least 6 years in a hands-on management role in a fast-paced environment
• Experience hiring, developing, training, and motivating team members
• Skills in planning, managing, and forecasting financials, labor, & inventory
• Hands-on experience working, managing and optimizing processes in a fast-paced food service environment
• Experience leading and mentoring teams in a collaborative fast-paced environment
