Data & Growth Analyst

Sweatpals is the community-first fitness platform turning workouts into social experiences. We're looking for a Data & Growth Analyst to own the analytics backbone of our marketplace and make decisions.

Requirements

• Experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or a similar role
• Background in marketplaces or consumer apps where you've run meaningful A/B tests
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience with BigQuery, Looker or Metabase, Amplitude, GA4
• Ability to work in a startup environment with ambiguity and fast iteration
