Job Description
We are seeking a Sr Loan Officer to solicit mortgage loans, provide customer assistance, and collaborate with the marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of mortgage sales and loan origination experience, a Mortgage Loan Originators license, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of mortgage sales and loan origination experience
- Mortgage Loan Originators license with NMLS
- Working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lending
- Current driver’s license and clean driving record
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under stressful conditions while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
- Ability to operate personal computers to include MS Word, Excel and Internet
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
- Ability to sit for long periods of time while processing loan applications and making phone solicitations
- Ability to travel locally
