Swan is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to represent the company in Belgium, responsible for existing customers and delivering planned revenue. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, excellent consultative sales skills, and a solid understanding of technical and compliance concepts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a consulting firm, strategy, business development, or account management position in a start-up/scale-up or another fast-paced work environment.
- Passionate about partner success and building long-term relationships.
- Data-driven and highly analytical.
- Believe automation is key to delivering scalable and efficient partner success.
- Strong interest in startups and emerging technology businesses.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts, translating them into business- or industry-relevant language.
- Fluency in French and/or Dutch, with professional proficiency in English.
