Job Description
Sutter Health is seeking a Physician to serve as a Regional Medical Director for Marin County, contributing to the development of a growth strategy, enhancing practice operations, and driving business development. The role involves overseeing patient flow, ensuring quality, and working with hospital partners to expand access to care in the region. This position requires leadership, strategic planning, and operational experience.
Requirements
- Board-certified MD/DO with an active CA medical license.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical leadership experience (medical director, clinic chief, or equivalent).
- Deep knowledge of ambulatory practice operations.
- Proven track record in business development and strategic planning.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
