Job Description
Services for the UnderServed is seeking a Shift Supervisor to monitor and ensure the quality of treatment for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role involves supervision of program specialists, facility upkeep, client and agency funds management, and ensuring compliance with standards. Requirements
- Supervise and instruct Program Specialists
- Ensure safe and sanitary facility conditions
- Manage agency funds and expenditures
- Maintain client and agency medication administration records
- Obtain valid NYS driver’s license
- Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
