Job Description
S:US is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a multidisciplinary treatment team providing person-centered care to adults with mental illness. The RN will assist with medication management, patient monitoring, education, and coordination of care with other medical providers, engaging with clients and staff to promote wellness and access to services. This role focuses on community-based care and requires strong communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements
