The Harm Reduction Specialist provides engagement and support services related to drug and alcohol use, sexual health, and self-harm, employing a harm reduction model. This role focuses on meeting individuals where they are at, offering non-coercive services, providing consultation, and contributing to a company-wide commitment to harm reduction. The Specialist will act as a leader promoting Community Access’ values in providing services.
