Job Description
S:US is seeking a full-time Assistant Program Director to join their dedicated workforce of 2,400 employees serving 37,000 individuals in New York City. This position will focus on promoting the independence and self-determination of individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, managing their healthcare, nutrition, and wellness, and ensuring coordination of community activities. The role offers opportunities for professional growth and a passion for working with people with disabilities.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in a related field and/or five years’ experience in ID/DD or related supervisory/management experience in a residential setting.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
