Steward Supervisor

We are seeking forward-thinking individuals to become part of our matchday team as Supervisors. The position involves supervising a team of customer safety stewards and/or SIA's, working closely with Area Managers to ensure the smooth running of the operation.

Requirements

• Candidates must be aged 18 or over with full right to work in the UK.
• NVQ Level 3 in spectator safety.
• Proven supervisory skills with the ability to optimise team performance and development.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and works well under pressure.
• Reliable and self-motivated.
• Proactively contribute to creating a good team atmosphere.
• Highly skilled communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
