Job Description
Surmodics is seeking a Senior Field Clinical Specialist (SFCS) to train, educate, and establish clinical standards for their medical devices, focusing on providing feedback to product development and building customer relationships. The role involves translating customer feedback into actionable insights and ensuring product effectiveness within clinical environments. This position involves a blend of clinical support, training, and collaboration with various teams.
Requirements
- Train, educate and support HCPs on the clinical use of company products
- Support clinical sites to complete product evaluations
- Obtain and translate customer / clinician feedback to internal teams
- Establish standards of practice involving company products within clinical and customer sites
- Act as clinical liaison between product/business teams and end-user customers
- Lead and coordinate lunch & learns, educational events, training symposia and regional conferences as appropriate
- Act as a trusted advisor and identify champions, build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
