SURFTOWN is seeking passionate individuals to join their Surf Coach Talent Pool for the 2026 summer season. They offer opportunities to apply annually, regardless of previous experience. The position involves coaching surfing and fostering a fun, open culture.
Requirements
- IBS Silver or equivalent
- Safe swimming and diving skills
- Lifesaver and ISA ll certifications
- Motivation to learn and take responsibility
- Passion for surfing
- Fluency in German and good English (Spanish a plus)
