IT Support Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Desktop Engineer to design, build, and maintain macOS and Windows applications. The role involves collaboration with product, QA, and support teams to ensure stability, performance, and documentation. This is a remote position working across system and application layers.

Requirements

• Fluent English
• 4+ years of macOS development experience
• Proven experience delivering complex macOS features to production
• 3+ years of Windows application development experience
• Strong knowledge of UI frameworks such as React or Angular
• Experience debugging complex macOS architectures
• Familiarity with systems programming concepts, multithreading, and Win32 APIs (C++ experience is a plus)
• Understanding of secure coding principles
• Familiarity with secure coding best practices for maintainable, testable code
