Job Description
Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a highly skilled Residential General Contractor to oversee large residential projects. The contractor will manage all project aspects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and adherence to regulations and budgets. They will coordinate contractors, perform inspections, and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Valid General Contractor license
- 5+ years experience in managing large residential projects
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, drywall, painting, appliance, siding, roofing, and landscaping
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in construction software and tools
- Proficiency in CRMs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current US resident
