We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Finance Transformation team in Brazil. The successful candidate will help define and oversee the LATAM Finance Transformation Roadmap and act as a bridge between business and technical teams. The role involves requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation, as well as project management and stakeholder management.
Requirements
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes, operations, and key performance indicators.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English. Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Requirement Engineering: Expertise in eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements.
- Project Management: Basic understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with relevant software development tools and techniques, depending on the project domain.
- Strong academics, including degree level education.
- Experience of working in a multi-cultural and multi-location environment with an ability to work independently and prioritise workload as part of a geographically dispersed team.
- Enthusiastic and ability to take initiative and provide direction to others.
- Organised self-starter, with drive and ambition to quickly make an impact within an evolving business.
- Relevant sector experience would serve an advantage, such as Gaming background, digital, retail or e-Commerce.
