Requirements
- 3+ years building backend systems with Node.js + TypeScript
- Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka) and low-latency/high-throughput workloads
- Solid production experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong background in API design (REST) and maintaining compatibility at scale
- Focus on testing & quality (unit, integration, QA collaboration)
- Ability to write clear docs and status updates that keep teammates aligned
