Job Description
We are looking for a Mid–Senior Laravel Developer who is ready to step into a lead role, owning product development end-to-end while collaborating closely with the CTO. As the Lead Laravel Developer, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and iterating on core internal and customer-facing systems at Super Organics.
Requirements
- 3+ years professional experience with Laravel/PHP
- Strong proficiency in Laravel 10+, PHP 8+, MySQL (schema design, indexing, query optimization), and Vue.js
- Experience building and scaling backend systems
- Ability to work in highly iterative, fast-moving, agile environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate directly with leadership
- Comfortable owning a product end-to-end with minimal oversight
