Job Description
Super Soccer Stars is seeking energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coaches to lead children in engaging and educational activities. The company prioritizes the best programming for youth sports, focusing on a positive experience and long-term impact on child development. Coaches will provide individual attention, a non-competitive approach, and positive reinforcement, with the opportunity to earn competitive wages and bonuses.
Requirements
- Proven experience in working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader)
- Demonstrates expressive, charismatic, and nurturing personality
- Exhibits responsibility, dedication, and confidence with a strong work ethic
- Energetic individual with a high level of enthusiasm
- Ability to effectively manage groups of both children and adults
- Proficiently set up and dismantle equipment
