Production Engineer

Supermicro is seeking a Production Engineer to lead continuous improvement efforts, analyze production processes, and develop solutions to improve plant safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The position is based in 's-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.

Requirements

• BS/MS Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering preferred
• 5+ years relevant work experience with storage component and system, server and hard drives industry preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams consisting of operators, supervisors and technicians
• Must be knowledgeable in statistical quality control and design of experiments
