Job Description
The Senior Product Designer will lead design for SuperPay, the integrated payments experience that connects shippers, brokers, and carriers across the Super Dispatch ecosystem. The role involves simplifying complex payment workflows, designing intuitive and trustworthy financial experiences, and creating solutions that help users get paid faster while reducing operational friction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional product design experience, ideally in a product-led environment
- Skilled in research and discovery: customer interviews, journey mapping, usability testing, and turning insights into product opportunities
- Strong prototyping skills, able to explore multiple solutions quickly using Figma, and AI-powered tools (e.g. Figma Make, Lovable)
- Experience working in cross-functional squads with PMs, engineers, and data teams in an agile environment
- Strong communication skills, able to tell the story of problems and solutions clearly to stakeholders
- Familiarity with banking UX patterns, real-time payments, or financial data visualization
