SunSource is seeking a SC - Industrial Sales Account Manager Trainee to join their Sales Development Program. The successful candidate will receive technical training, sales and customer service training, and mentorship to pursue a career in technical sales. Responsibilities include developing sales characteristics, working with other managers, and gaining perspective in different departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering / Engineering technology / Agribusiness
• 2 year degree from a Fluid Power specific program
• one to two years of related experience (internship) and/or training
• Strong technical aptitude
• Industrious entrepreneur spirit
• Strong communication, presentation, and phone skills and business etiquette awareness
