Requirements

• Manage health and wellness in accordance with state/provincial regulations.
• Provide clinical care through the nursing process and perform resident assessments.
• Manage medication, infection control, and financial aspects of community programs.
• Recruit, hire, and train clinical team members.
• Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement committees.
