Resident Manager for Pacific Pines location in San Diego, CA. Part-time position requires prior property management experience, being highly organized, and presenting a positive, professional image.
Requirements
- Prior property management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent/college degree or related coursework
- Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 - 2+ years of Property Management experience preferred
- Leasing experience required
- Bilingual (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year experience
- AppFolio, Entrata, Outlook, Excel, Word and Internet savvy
- Strong Customer Service
- Professional Appearance
