Job Description
The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in providing excellent resident services and performing various maintenance duties to maintain and enhance the value of the community. They will work under the supervision of the Community Manager and be responsible for ensuring the exterior curb appeal of the community, performing daily pool/spa maintenance, and maintaining accurate inventory control of tools, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements
- Previous property Maintenance Technician experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient at Microsoft Office
