Job Description
The Community Manager has the responsibility for all phases of the operations of an income-producing property, including personnel functions, leasing, community maintenance, monitoring market conditions, fiscal oversight, advertising, and resident relations.
Requirements
- Property management software experience preferably Entrata
- Professional experience with Property Marketing preferred
- 2+ years of experience in property management
