Electrical Engineer, R&D

SunlightGroup is seeking an innovative Electrical Engineer for their R&D team, focused on the electrical design and peripherals of battery-based systems for industrial and advanced technology applications. The role involves designing, sizing, simulating, and evaluating electrical infrastructure for Lithium-based batteries and ESS. The engineer will work on both component and system-level designs, alongside contributing to product development projects and BMS team activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 3D CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English
• Working experience in electrical infrastructure design and energy storage systems
• Understanding of IEC/UL standards
• Knowledge of AC/DC and DC/DC converters
• Knowledge on low voltage and grid applications
• Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
• Team player and effective communicator
