Technical Training Specialist (Germany) – 2-Year Limited Contract

Join Sungrow as a Technical Training Specialist in Munich and contribute to the development of training programs for service partners. The role involves operating and maintaining training equipment, coordinating training projects, and engaging with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field (or business studies with technical focus)
• Understanding of PV and ESS products and systems
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite training support
• Language skills: English & German C1, and Chinese is a plus
