We are looking for a Marketing Designer/Illustrator to join our team. The successful candidate will participate in developing the company's brand recognition, support the design of marketing assets, and collaborate with Marketing & Product to develop concepts. They will also design banners, posters, key visuals, and landing pages for game promotion.
Requirements
- Good bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related fields
- At least 1 year of work experience in the game industry or a creative environment
- Proficient in basic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- Good skills in digital illustration or concept sketching, with a clear visual style
- Good understanding of layout, color theory, and typography to create standout and effective designs
- Good collaboration and communication skills, able to work independently and in a multi-functional team
- Meticulous, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks under time pressure
- Passionate about games, familiar with game genres, market trends, and visual styles in the industry
- Basic skills in creating and editing short videos or motion graphics are a significant advantage
- Experience in utilizing AI tools (like Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion...) to improve creative efficiency is a plus
