Manufacturing Production Shift Supervisor (7:00 PM-7:00 AM)

This Manufacturing Production Shift Supervisor position is responsible for managing production teams, ensuring product quality and following established procedures. The supervisor will plan and assign work, implement policies, and coordinate team activities to meet production targets.

Requirements

• Manage production floor activities under the supervision of a business unit manager.
• Supervise departmental production operations and ensure product quality.
• Plan and coordinate shift activities to meet sales orders and inventory needs.
• Monitor equipment condition and coordinate repairs.
• Ensure complete operator and maintenance training.
• Provide daily reports on Safety, Quality, product quantity, and types.
• Cooperate with HR and production managers for training and development.
