Job Description
Shelby West is seeking an Office Coordinator to handle routine office duties and administrative responsibilities. This role involves welcoming guests, preparing communications, managing schedules, and assisting with community events. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years in administrative experience
- 6 months in NetSuite experience (Preferred)
- 6 months in property management office experience (Preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver's license
