Medical Assistant - The Summit Pain and Spine Clinic

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our growing Pain & Spine Clinic team, supporting providers and patients in a fast-paced specialty clinic with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to create a positive first impression for patients.

Requirements

• Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping the rooms neat and clean.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for consultations.
• Take vital signs and record patient information accurately.
• Assist in managing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Establish and maintain effective communication and professional working relationships with patients and their representatives, managers, providers, other clinic staff, outside agencies, and the public.
