Requirements
- Proactively identify, pursue, and close new ready-mix opportunities
- Build relationships with contractors, developers, project managers, and estimators
- Grow assigned territory through consistent field activity, not desk sales
- Maintain key customer relationships while actively expanding volume
- Communicate closely with operations, and plant management
- Understand production capacity and pricing strategy
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and booked work accurately
