The Reliability Coordinator is looking for an Assistant Maintenance Methods Manager to promote maintenance management, improve plant reliability, and optimize resources. This role involves assisting the department in managing performance metrics, conducting analyses, and recommending follow-up actions to enhance equipment life and reduce costs. The position reports to the Maintenance Manager and focuses on both technical and operational aspects of maintenance.
