As a Quality Lead specializing in data, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and cultural relevance of data across various data/content related projects.
Requirements
- Manage quality processes across multilingual datasets
- Review and validate annotated or cleaned data for accuracy, consistency, and cultural appropriateness
- Implement quality assurance strategies tailored to each language and task type
- Conduct root cause analysis for reported errors and propose corrective measures
- Collaborate with annotators, linguists, vendor management and QA teams to maintain a shared understanding of quality expectations
- Support training and onboarding of annotation teams to maintain quality benchmarks
- Perform multilingual data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to integrate linguistic quality metrics into broader data workflows
- Provide feedback to improve guidelines, tools, and processes related to data tasks
- Act as point of contact for client stakeholders regarding quality processes and participate in business reviews, as needed.
