Job Description
We’re hiring a Head of Sales to own Sully.ai’s go-to-market strategy and execution. You will define how thousands of providers deploy and trust medical agents that actually deliver, driving meaningful business impact and making Sully the gold standard for AI in healthcare.
Requirements
- 5+ years of startup or founder experience building sales functions from scratch
- 5+ years of experience selling to Enterprise and Fortune 500, closing $1M+ ARR deals in 6 months or less
- Strong ability to operate independently in ambiguity and execute decisively
- High ownership, high autonomy mindset. Self-managed, self-motivated
