Job Description
We are seeking a General Manager to launch and scale Sully.ai’s operations in Saudi Arabia, leading strategy formulation, government engagement, and operational excellence to establish Sully.ai as a healthcare technology leader in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- 7+ years in a senior general management, country head, or regional leadership role.
- Proven track record scaling B2B SaaS or AI businesses, ideally in the Middle East.
- Strong financial acumen with hands-on P&L ownership.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi healthcare ecosystem and regulatory environment.
- Bilingual proficiency: English (required), Arabic (strongly preferred).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
- Experience launching and scaling startups or new-market entries.
- Established network across Saudi healthcare, government, and private sectors.
