EHS Specialist (3rd Shift)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an EHS Specialist at our organic juice company. The EHS Specialist will work on-site at our manufacturing facility and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations as well as implementing and maintaining programs to create a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements

• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of the manufacturing facility.
• Assist and support the production, packaging, supply, warehouse, and maintenance departments to ensure a safe workplace and compliance with safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations and internal policy and procedures.
• Maintain and update safety data sheets (SDS) for all hazardous materials used in the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to environmental, health, and safety.
• Participate in regulatory inspections and coordinate responses as necessary.
• Stay informed about changes in relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Adhere to SOP, SSOP, GMP, and HACCP guidelines when in the plant.
