Job Description
Talentspring is looking for a motivated and ambitious Payroll Specialist to join their strongly growing Payroll unit. The role involves operational payroll processing, managing clients, and collaborating with HR and Finance colleagues.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- First professional experience in independent payroll processing
- Very good knowledge of tax and social security law
- Safe handling of common payroll software (e.g. SAP, DATEV, etc.)
- Structured, diligent and solution-oriented way of working
- Team-oriented personality with engagement and flexibility
- Good German knowledge (English skills are an advantage)
