Talentspring is a growing HR consulting and payroll company seeking an HR Project Manager with SAP experience to lead HR projects and develop sales from a founder-driven setup to a scalable sales architecture.
Requirements
- Several years of relevant professional experience in project or program management, ideally in the HR or IT field
- A thorough understanding of HR processes and ideally relevant SAP modules (e.g. SAP HCM, SuccessFactors) from a user or PMO perspective
- Proven experience with project management methods (e.g. Prince2, PMI, Agile) and PMO tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to motivate and steer cross-functional teams
- Secure German and good English language skills in speech and writing
