Wraparound Care Lead

Bealings School is looking for a motivated and caring Wraparound Care Lead to oversee and deliver before- and after-school provision, ensuring every child starts and ends their school day positively.

Requirements

• Experience of working with children in a school, nursery, or childcare setting
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to plan and deliver age-appropriate activities
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Good communication skills with both children and adults
• Understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and health and safety requirements
• Reliable and able to work independently
