We are seeking a Social Worker to join our team at Suffolk County Council. As a Social Worker, you will collaborate with the Keeping in Touch Team to promote safe and meaningful contact between adopted children and their birth families, and work closely with Consultant and Senior Social Workers to plan and coordinate structures and pathways as part of the Modernising Adoption project.
Requirements
- A relevant social work qualification and Social Work England registration is essential.
- Experience in social work, particularly in adoption and special guardianship orders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
