Job Description

Requirements
- Lead and communicate with Suffolk Field Supervision, Subcontractors and Vendors.
- Prepare and manage the construction contract and subcontracts.
- Manage project finances and budget.
- Drive project closeouts and deliver as-built drawings and warranties.
- Analyze and resolve complex issues.
