Job Description
Executive Assistant to Managing Partners will provide administrative support to two Managing Partners directing Avoq’s creative, content, and advertising practices.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant administrative support experience
- Detail oriented, able to multi-task and comfortable leading project and process management
- Working and comfortable in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
- Exceptional verbal, listening, writing and editing communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other similar software
