Requirements
- Leading the coaching and development effort of Showroom Sales Associates
- Managing appointment setting process for the showroom
- Partnering with dealers and trade professionals to build trust and mutually beneficial relationships
- Maintaining a beautiful and pristine work environment
- Participating in on-going product knowledge and training
- Supporting ongoing showroom operations
- Supporting the creation of marketing campaigns
