Job Description
We are seeking a Utility Inspector to support our Transportation division in Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in utility installation/inspection or construction inspection, with a strong understanding of construction safety principles and excellent communication skills. Requirements
- Perform utility relocation verification activities in support of highway and bridge construction projects
- Monitor contractor compliance with relocation plans
- Prepare daily inspection reports
- Perform measurement and documentation of completed work
- Read and interpret utility relocation plans
- Effectively communicate with project staff and clients
- Basic knowledge of computer and tablet operation
