Job Description
We have immediate needs for Utility Inspectors in the Charlotte, NC area for our Transportation division. The role offers a challenging opportunity to lead through example, promote a healthy work-life balance, and support the growth of the Construction Management and CEI practice.
Requirements
- Perform utility relocation verification activities in support of highway and bridge construction projects
- Apply safety philosophy to all job responsibilities and ability to work safely in an outside environment
- Monitor contractor compliance with relocation plans
- Prepare daily inspection reports
- Perform measurement and documentation of completed work
- Read and interpret utility relocation plans
- Effectively communicate with project staff and clients, both verbal and written communication
- Basic knowledge of computer and tablet (iPad) operation
